Privacy
This page explains what information ZenoSound collects on this website, how it is used, and what choices people have. It is written for the current public site and request-access flow, not for future products or private tools that are not live yet.
Short version: If you ask for access, ZenoSound collects your name and email, sends a confirmation email, and uses that information to manage the founder-reviewed access queue. ZenoSound does not sell personal information or use this site for targeted ads.
What this page covers
This privacy page covers the public ZenoSound website at zenosound.com,
the request-access form, and the email-confirmation flow connected to that form. It does
not describe future apps, plugins, employee tools, or private workspaces that are not
publicly available.
What ZenoSound collects
- Your name and email address if you submit the request-access form.
- Confirmation and queue records needed to run that flow, such as status, send time, and expiry time.
- Routine technical data processed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URLs, and operational logs.
- Small pieces of browser-side state used to keep the homepage confirmation flow in sync across tabs on the same device and browser profile.
How ZenoSound uses that information
- To operate the site and the request-access flow.
- To send confirmation emails and manage founder-reviewed access requests.
- To prevent abuse, investigate problems, and improve reliability and security.
- To meet legal, accounting, or operational obligations when necessary.
When information is shared
ZenoSound uses service providers to run this site and its confirmation-email workflow. That currently includes Cloudflare for hosting and delivery and Resend for transactional email. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or as part of a business transfer if that ever becomes necessary.
ZenoSound does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and choices
ZenoSound keeps request-access information for as long as it is reasonably needed to run the queue, operate the site, keep records of confirmations, and meet legal or operational obligations. If you want to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through this site, email hello@zenosound.com.
Do Not Track and similar signals
This site is not built around cross-site tracking or targeted advertising. Because browser Do Not Track signals are not implemented in a uniform way, ZenoSound does not promise a separate technical response to every signal. Infrastructure providers may still process routine request data to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and ZenoSound does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this public request-access flow. If you believe that happened, email hello@zenosound.com and ZenoSound will review the request.
Changes to this page
ZenoSound may update this page as the site or operating practices change. When that happens, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
